“ On the advice of a friend, we tried the Spring's Bistro +Bar cheeseburger and fries basket for lunch takeaway. As it turns out this was a great choice. This was the best cheeseburger we have had in town. We cannot wait to try the other items on their menu. Don't overlook this restaurant located at the Holiday Inn. Update 4/15/20: We had the burger and buffalo wing basket. Both were fantastic. The homemade chips are delicious. 4/29/20: Chopped Salad and Tenders Basket are wonderful. ”

“ Went for event and front desk was friendly. We asked for housekeeping, but bed was never made, however they were nice gentlemen. The ac was not cool enough and bath items inside were not full, so with 4 people to a room, was not enough. The event dinner had no flavor and didn't know what half the items were. Bartender was friendly and the pool and hot tub were nice. ”

“ Over the past year, my wife and I have had lunch from Spring's Bistro + Bar twelve to fifteen times (curbside/take-out) and have tasted many or most of their breakfast/lunch choices, from the migas and tailor-made 3 egg omelette to the fish and chips and chicken fried chicken. While we have enjoyed all of our meals, probably our favorite has been the bacon cheddar burger (sometimes with home-made fries or home-made chips). Their food and preparation have been high-quality, their service has been prompt and friendly, and their prices are reasonable. This is one of our favorite places to eat in San Marcos! ”
